The amount of products that Amazon boasts is simply astounding. But that’s why we shop there, right? Because we know we will find what we need, want, and then some. We all have our favorite Amazon products, and here are some of mine.
I used to use Amazon for everything, but lately, I’ve had to cut back with just one full-time income at our house now. It’s good for me because sometimes online retail therapy becomes all too scary and real. And expensive.
Now I use Amazon as a place to get things that we need around the house, but don’t necessarily have to have it now.
I compiled a list of my favorite Amazon products that I use (almost) every single day. I hope these are valuable to you as a mom, wife, and a person trying to keep life simple and doable.
I will break down the products by type to help you (and me!) keep them organized.
There is no way to really list all of the things I have bought from Amazon that I use, but I will recommend the most useful and awesome things that I have found irreplaceable.
Are you ready for this? Here goes.
There always seems to be a need for something baby. With a crazy amount of baby products, it’s a wonder parents don’t pull their hair out deciding which one product to buy. I’ve had that issue myself.
Through careful research on most of these products and reviews, I have made a few purchases that are amazing when it comes to current and future Baby Tastove’s.
One of my favorites, a Stretchy baby Wrap Carrier. The one I purchased was an Innoo Tech baby sling (currently unavailable), but this gray sling is almost identical to the one I bought. I have used it with both of my kids and will continue to use it with future children.

Cons:

I wasn’t always a fan of swaddles and sleep sacks because I thought, why are they necessary?
I’ll tell you why: it keeps my children warm enough without having to worry about them flinging off the covers, getting the covers in front of their face, or getting wrapped up in a huge blanket that leaves them sweating.
Win/win for mom and baby!
I really like this Love to Dream swaddle for when they are about 2-6 months old. The swaddle does’t keep the arms by their sides or chest once swaddled, and the babies are able to comfort themselves with their hands by their face.
Pros:
Cons:
The Swaddle is a #1 Best Seller at $29.95!
The Early Walker SleepSack was extrememly helpful for when my toddler was in a cool room a couple of winters ago.
We later purchased a room heater since our house does not have central heat. Perfect for keeping him toasty at night. We layer long-sleeved footie pajamas underneath for a cozy toddler.
Pros:
Cons:
This SleepSack is priced at $39 with FREE SHIPPING.
This versatile sleep bag is a lighter cotton. My 8-month-old wears it to bed now since the room is cool from our AC window unit. I love that it is a good cover-up but also not too hot.
Pros:
Cons:
The size listed goes to 12 months, but my little girl is becoming very mobile right now. She might not be able to wear it much longer since it’s restrictive for crawling and standing.

I mostly have relied on Medela bottles I was given at my baby showers for my kids.
However, my daughter has been exclusively breastfed while my son was given breastmilk and then formula from the bottle off and on since he was born until he was about one.
So, when the time came for me to leave her with someone who could feed her my milk, I needed a good bottle that felt like me so she would still be comforted.
I searched far and wide, and came upon this amazing Comotomo bottle! I even love saying the name.
Pros:
Cons:
The Comotomo Bottle is on sale for $12.99!
We purchased an off-brand pack n play from Walmart when we were preparing for baby #2. We figured that could hold her until my son had outgrown his crib.
Well, he still hasn’t quite outgrown it, so I made the necessary purchases to make the pack n play feel more like a crib.
This 3-inch playard mattress was the perfect solution. It makes the pack n play homier and not as hard or knobby. (the pad in there was super thin and hard before, poor sis!)
Pros:
Cons:
SHOP THE PLAYARD MATTRESS FOR &43.51
These soft jersey play yard sheets are great. They are made for a 5″ mattress, but stretch over well and do not bunch up too much.
Pros:
Cons:
The large white camera that we bouht was also a Yanx brand, and we really liked it. This one is mini, mine is more a full-size version.
Pros:
Cons:
Of all of my favorite Amazon proucts, this category is the easiest to shop for since I’m a mom. But keep in mind, some of these might make great gifts as well (hint, hint, like that robe!)
I searched often for the best things to put in your hospital bag. I found this jewel of a robe when searching for my first birth.
Pros:
Cons:
SHOP THIS VERSATILE AND COMFY ROBE
This gown ensemble is not necessarily a must-have item, but it was a luxury item for me when I was in the hospital with my second baby.
I was able to wear the gross hospital gown during birth, and then take a shower and don my own gown. It felt more like home in a way.
Pros:
Cons:
When you don’t want to take home the flimsy and see-through undies you get at the hospital, buy some throw-away pad underwear instead. I felt so secure and didn’t have to worry about bleeding out anywhere when I came home and used these. This has to be my favorite Amazon Product for post-partum!
Pros: High-wasted to keep you all tucked in, super absorbent, discreet as long as you are wearing baggy pants.
Cons: Felt huge and itchy at first, but once you are used to wearing them, it’s not really an issue.
THESE DISPOSABLE UNDIES ARE ONLY $20.52
I purchased these Reusable Silicone Straws a while back, and I love them! I use them, my husband uses them, my kids use them, often from the same cup. (We like to keep our immune systems strong).
With these straws, I feel like I drink AT LEAST 3x more water a day, which is so vital to the running and maintaining of our awesome bodies!
Pros:
Cons:
INVEST IN REUSABLE STRAWS FOR $10.71
This Tineco floor vacuum has been a life-saver for my life with 2 toddlers and a baby. We have hard floors with about half of our house, and the amount of dirt, food, dust, and hair that accumulates is just crazy yuck.
I’ve had this vacuum since June 2019, and I will never look back to a broom and dustpan again! This is probably one of my top favorite Amazon products!
Pros:
Cons:
THE BEST PART, IT’S MUCH CHEAPER THAN OTHERS LIKE IT AT $214.90
We recently moved, and my cabinet space went down drastically in the main kitchen. Since I love spices and herbs, it was important to me to keep them organized and accessible for daily use. I love how these metal spice racks look and worked in our kitchen!
Pros:
Cons:
THESE PRETTY AND FUNCTIONAL SPICE RACKS ARE ON SALE FOR $19.75 + A %5 COUPON AT CHECKOUT!
I love books, so I naturally had to add them to my favorite Amazon products list! These books I have all read, and have changed me for better in some way. Some in small ways and others in bigger ways, and others still are working on me yet.
I am taken with Dr. Ray’s parenting style, advice, and how he managed to raise 10 children with this knowledge. We use them and look forward to implementing his advice. Which is why I am recommending his books to you.
I’m not going to list the pros and cons for these because you either like them or you don’t. I will try to give you a short synopsis of the book themselves so you know what it’s really about.
In this masterpiece, Dr. Ray exposes fifty of the most common pieces of advice from expert “child psychologists” that don’t really let parents be parents. His goal is to educate and empower parents to do what works best for their own kids, and to help grow your family.
Discipline That Lasts a Lifetime:
Dr. Ray goes through FAQs by parents and answers them in paragraph and chapter format, putting them into categories that are easily relatable. He also explains why he answers each question the way he does.
Warning: if you don’t get sarcasm or have a hard time deciphering joke with non-joke, this might not be the book for you. His dry humor is very apparent in his writing.
Winning the Discipline Debates:
This one might have been my favorite. It’s not as long as the other two, making reading it seemingly fast. He presents different situations that a parent might be faced with, presents what a parent might do, and then what the parent probably should in each case. Very insightful and helpful when dealing with specific discipline situations in your household.
It has always been an inspiring go-to when I want to understand more about who the Virgin Mary is. The book invites me to consecrate myself to Jesus through Mary and explores why we would want to do that.
St. John Paul the Great: His Five Loves:
Truly one of the great saints of our time, the love and wisdom of JP II was seen by people all over the world. Jason Evert outlines the beauty of what John Paul loved and how it fits into his holy life before and during his pontificate.
This book surprises many people. It is a very startling book at times, so if you cannot handle people seeing visions and getting visits from the Devil himself, this might not be a good read for you.
On the other hand, if you would like to learn about suffering for Jesus and how it could save others, this is a good read. It also depicts Elizabeth being visited by Mary and Jesus with specific instructions on how to fast and offer oneself for sinners.
Ultimate Makeover: The Transforming Power of Motherhood
This book was part of a game-changing outlook on motherhood for me. It is chock full of interesting chapters that make a mother think about all kinds of ideas. Virtue, vice, obstacles, triumphs, and how motherhood truly makes us holy. Wow! It’s a fantastic book for all mothers and especially Catholic mothers.
All of these fantastic products are definitely not the only things I’ve bought on Amazon in the past 3 or 4 years, but they have been the ones that have impressed me the most.
With my list of favorite Amazon products, I hope you find something that you needed (or wanted). Even more, I hope that this gave you a good excuse to curl up on your couch, click on that screen and purchase something for your or a loved one! Who said retail therapy isn’t legit? (it don’t lead to happiness, but it is nice to purchase things we need or want)
All of these products are affiliate links, just to remind you. You don’t pay anything extra by using my link to purchase.
