TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CLIENT AGREEMENT FOR EVERYDAY EMMAUS
PRIVATE MENTORSHIP:
- Up to 15 min/daily Monday – Friday
- 8 weeks of support via Voxer Voice app/ OR monthly subscription support as selected
The CLIENT agrees to the following:
- You are in charge of speaking within your allotted time. If you do not take advantage of the time given, that is on you. Any messages longer than 15 minutes will not be listened to after the 15 minute mark. Most responses from the coach will be delivered within a 24-hour time frame. You are welcome to leave messages Saturday-Sunday (up to 15 minutes of total time); however, be aware that a response from the COACH will not be delivered until the following Monday.
- Be sincere, open, and do the work. Recognize that accompaniment coaching is a confidential way to look at what you really want, your purpose, and your journey with Christ.
- Make a commitment to complete all assignments and action plans that you create. What and how much work you put into this will be seen in the results of your life.
- Fees will be collected before correspondence begins. If on a payment plan, the down payment is due before leaving voice messages.
- A partial refund may be given after 14 days of Voxer messaging if you have determined it is not a good fit for you. Please reach out to your coach for details on refund policy.
- You agree that you will not make any coaching materials available to the general public or any third party for sale, distribution, download, replication, translation, copying, file sharing, or otherwise unless authorized in writing by Gessica Tastove.
- The CLIENT understands that coaching/accompaniment/mentorship is not advice, psychotherapy or counseling or spiritual direction and those professional referrals will be given if needed. The CLIENT enters into this agreement with the understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.
- You represent that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement (18 or older).
- This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.
If a dispute arises out of this agreement that cannot be resolved amicably and by mutual consent, then you agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after notice is given. If the dispute is not resolved, and in the event of legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees and court costs from the other party.
